Rosemary Cheddar Bite-Sized Bars

Cheesy oat bars with rosemary and a touch of cayenne for a savory bite-sized snack.

Ingredients

  

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 ยฝ cups cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Instructions

 

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF. Grease an 8-inch square pan.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan.
  3. Mix oats, cheese, egg, rosemary, and cayenne in a bowl.
  4. Blend in melted butter and press into prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes. Cool and cut into bite-sized bars.
