Rosemary Cheddar Bite-Sized Bars
Cheesy oat bars with rosemary and a touch of cayenne for a savory bite-sized snack.

Ingredients

tablespoons
butter
2
cups
rolled oats
1 ½
cups
cheddar cheese
(grated)
1
egg
(beaten)
1
tablespoon
fresh rosemary
(chopped)
1
pinch
cayenne pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch square pan.
Melt butter in a saucepan.
Mix oats, cheese, egg, rosemary, and cayenne in a bowl.
Blend in melted butter and press into prepared pan.
Bake for 35 minutes. Cool and cut into bite-sized bars.
