Quick Garlic Mayonnaise

A simple and flavorful mayonnaise enhanced with fresh garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice.

Ingredients

  

  • 2 to 3 cloves fresh garlic (sliced and reduced to a paste)
  • ¾ cup commercial mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice (or to taste)

Instructions

 

  1. Slice the garlic and reduce it to a paste. Whisk the garlic into the mayonnaise. Add olive oil in a fine stream, whisking continually. Whisk in the lemon juice. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.
