A simple and flavorful mayonnaise enhanced with fresh garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice.

Ingredients
2 to 3clovesfresh garlic(sliced and reduced to a paste)
¾cupcommercial mayonnaise
2tablespoonsolive oil
2teaspoonslemon juice(or to taste)
Instructions
Slice the garlic and reduce it to a paste. Whisk the garlic into the mayonnaise. Add olive oil in a fine stream, whisking continually. Whisk in the lemon juice. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.
