Cannellini Bean Dip with Pineapple Sage

A smooth, protein-rich bean dip flavored with pineapple sage and garlic—perfect for vegetables or crackers.

Ingredients

  

  • 1 can cannellini beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 clove garlic (peeled and roughly chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh pineapple sage (chopped)
  • 1 lemon, juiced (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

 

  1. Combine beans, garlic, pineapple sage, olive oil, and lemon juice in a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth, adjusting seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve with crackers, pita chips, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

Try garnishing with a drizzle of olive oil and a few whole sage leaves for presentation.
