Cannellini Bean Dip with Pineapple Sage
A smooth, protein-rich bean dip flavored with pineapple sage and garlic—perfect for vegetables or crackers.

Ingredients

cannellini beans
(drained and rinsed)

clove
garlic
(peeled and roughly chopped)

fresh pineapple sage
(chopped)

lemon, juiced
(freshly squeezed)

freshly ground black pepper
(to taste)

teaspoon
kosher salt

extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Combine beans, garlic, pineapple sage, olive oil, and lemon juice in a food processor.
Blend until smooth, adjusting seasoning with salt and pepper.
Serve with crackers, pita chips, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
Try garnishing with a drizzle of olive oil and a few whole sage leaves for presentation.
