
Trinidadian Green Seasoning
A savory herb-laced seasoning mix from Trinidad and Tobago used to marinate meats and seafood or flavor hearty stews.
Ingredients
- ยฝ cup culantro or cilantro (finely chopped)
- ยฝ cup flat-leaf parsley (finely chopped)
- ยผ cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon thyme (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 scallions (thinly sliced)
- 1 stalk celery (finely chopped)
- ยฝ small white onion (finely chopped)
- ยฝ red bell pepper (finely chopped)
- Kosher salt and black pepper (to taste)
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
