Trinidadian Green Seasoning
A savory herb-laced seasoning mix from Trinidad and Tobago used to marinate meats and seafood or flavor hearty stews.

(thinly sliced)

Kosher salt and black pepper
(to taste)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
