
Thai Basil Daiquiri
A tropical daiquiri with Thai basil syrup and ginger liqueur.
Instructions

Add all ingredients except garnish to a cocktail shaker.

Add ice and shake well.

Strain into a small rocks glass filled with ice.

Garnish with Thai basil sprig and lime slice.

For Thai Basil Syrup: Combine ยฝ cup sugar and ยฝ cup water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring until dissolved.

Remove from heat, add 1โ2 Thai basil sprigs, and steep for 15โ20 minutes. Strain and refrigerate.
