A zesty blend of vinegar, tamari, canola oil, fresh ginger, garlic, and tahini—great for grilled or pan-seared fish and vegetables.

Ingredients

  

  • ½ cup rice wine vinegar
  • cup tamari sauce
  • cup canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • 1 tablespoon tahini

Instructions

 

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Store covered in the refrigerator. Use to season grilled or pan-seared salmon or tuna, or vegetables.
