Sesame Ginger Sauce
A zesty blend of vinegar, tamari, canola oil, fresh ginger, garlic, and tahini—great for grilled or pan-seared fish and vegetables.

Ingredients

cup
rice wine vinegar
⅓
cup
tamari sauce
⅓
cup
canola oil
2
tablespoons
fresh ginger
(grated)
1
clove
garlic
(crushed)
1
tablespoon
tahini
Instructions
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Store covered in the refrigerator. Use to season grilled or pan-seared salmon or tuna, or vegetables.
