A sweet and tangy vinaigrette infused with fresh tarragon and raspberry balsamic, perfect for topping summer salads.

Ingredients

  

  • ¼ cup raspberry infused balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, chopped (or 1/2 tsp dried)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil

Instructions

 

  1. Blend all ingredients until emulsified. Use immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
