Ingredients

  

  • 1 tablespoon dried elderflower (or 2 tablespoons fresh)
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger root
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground coriander
  • 3 cups boiling water

Instructions

 

  1. Combine elderflower, ginger, cinnamon, and coriander in a teapot or tea strainer.
  2. Pour boiling water over the mixture and let steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Strain tea through a fine mesh strainer and serve hot.
