Ingredients

dried elderflower (or 2 tablespoons fresh)

teaspoon
freshly grated ginger root

ground cinnamon

ground coriander

boiling water
Instructions
Combine elderflower, ginger, cinnamon, and coriander in a teapot or tea strainer.
Pour boiling water over the mixture and let steep for 5 minutes.
Strain tea through a fine mesh strainer and serve hot.
