A refreshing smoothie of yogurt, banana, and pineapple sage with a hint of cinnamon.

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup fruit-flavored or vanilla non-fat yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 small banana
  • cup skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon pineapple sage, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve chilled.
