Banana Pineapple Sage Smoothie
A refreshing smoothie of yogurt, banana, and pineapple sage with a hint of cinnamon.

Ingredients

cup
fruit-flavored or vanilla non-fat yogurt

teaspoon
honey
1
small banana
⅓
cup
skim milk

tablespoon
pineapple sage, chopped
½
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve chilled.
