
Rosemary Potato Casserole
A rich and creamy potato casserole layered with fresh rosemary and butter. Perfect as a hearty side dish for family meals.
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375ยฐF. Butter a large baking dish.

Layer half the potatoes in the dish. Top with half the rosemary, 1/4 cup butter, pepper, 1/2 cup milk, flour, and salt.

Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.

Cover and bake for 45โ60 minutes until potatoes are tender. Uncover and bake 15โ20 minutes more to brown the top.
