Rosemary Potato Casserole

A rich and creamy potato casserole layered with fresh rosemary and butter. Perfect as a hearty side dish for family meals.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 4 tsp chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • ½ cup butter (divided)
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup milk or half-and-half
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Butter a large baking dish.
  2. Layer half the potatoes in the dish. Top with half the rosemary, 1/4 cup butter, pepper, 1/2 cup milk, flour, and salt.
  3. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
  4. Cover and bake for 45–60 minutes until potatoes are tender. Uncover and bake 15–20 minutes more to brown the top.
