A bright and fresh herb vinaigrette made with champagne vinegar, lemon juice, and garden herbs like dill, parsley, and chervil.

Ingredients

  

Dressing
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup champagne vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • zest of 1 lemon lemon zest
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons fresh dill
  • 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chervil

Instructions

 

  1. Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, and salt.
  2. Add lemon zest and herbs, stirring thoroughly.
  3. Keep in a covered jar in the refrigerator, allowing flavors to blend for at least 2 hours before serving.
