Ingredients

  

  • ยฝ cup culantro or cilantro (finely chopped)
  • ยฝ cup flat-leaf parsley (finely chopped)
  • ยผ cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon thyme (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 scallions (thinly sliced)
  • 1 stalk celery (finely chopped)
  • ยฝ small white onion (finely chopped)
  • ยฝ red bell pepper (finely chopped)
  • Kosher salt and black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Notes

Use as a marinade for meats or seafood, or as a seasoning base for stews.
