
Tarragon Spiked Lady Grey Iced Tea
Fragrant iced tea with tarragon, bergamot, and lime for an herbal, citrusy refreshment.
Instructions

Combine zest, juice, sugar, and cold water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.

Remove from heat and let stand uncovered for 15 minutes. Discard zest.

Blend syrup with tarragon for 30 seconds, then strain through a dampened paper towel and cool.

Pour boiling water over tea bags and steep 6 minutes. Remove bags and cool.

Stir syrup into tea and chill 1–6 hours. Serve over ice with lime slices.
Notes
Adjust sweetness to taste. For stronger flavor, steep longer before chilling.
