1cupscented pelargonium leaves(dried; rose-scented cultivars preferred)
1cuplavender buds(dried)
1cupsweet woodruff leaves(dried)
1cuphops cones(dried)
Instructions
Blend equal parts (about 1 cup each) of dried scented pelargonium leaves, lavender buds, sweet woodruff, and hops.
Fill small cotton or muslin sachet bags (or flat bags that can be secured) and tuck inside a pillow. Remove any twigs that could poke through the bags.
Optional: Substitute or add herbs such as catnip, lemon balm, rose petals, rosemary, and sweet marjoram. Note: Chamomile may trigger an allergic response in some individuals prone to hay fever.
