A vivid green blender dressing loaded with parsley and chives, brightened with lemon and garlic.

  • 1 bunch fresh parsley (standard grocery bunch)
  • 3 tablespoons chives (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon scallions (chopped)
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and process until mixed and smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
