Herbal Water with Lemon Balm

A refreshing, fragrant infused water featuring lemon balm, pineapple sage, orange mint, and other garden herbs.

Ingredients

  

  • 1 handful lemon balm
  • ½ handful pineapple sage
  • ½ handful orange mint
  • ¼ handful mystery herb (e.g., rose, lime basil, or rose-scented geranium)
  • 2 quarts cold water

Instructions

 

  1. Six hours before serving, gather herbs and wash them gently in cold water.
  2. Place herbs into a jug filled with water. Chill in the refrigerator for at least six hours or overnight for maximum flavor infusion.
  3. Serve cold for a refreshing herbal beverage.

Notes

Any citrus, mint, or pleasantly scented geranium can be substituted for the herbs listed.
