Herbal Water with Lemon Balm
A refreshing, fragrant infused water featuring lemon balm, pineapple sage, orange mint, and other garden herbs.

Ingredients

lemon balm

handful
pineapple sage

handful
orange mint

handful
mystery herb (e.g., rose, lime basil, or rose-scented geranium)

cold water
Instructions
Six hours before serving, gather herbs and wash them gently in cold water.
Place herbs into a jug filled with water. Chill in the refrigerator for at least six hours or overnight for maximum flavor infusion.
Serve cold for a refreshing herbal beverage.
Notes
Any citrus, mint, or pleasantly scented geranium can be substituted for the herbs listed.
