Old-fashioned meatloaf flavor in easy-to-serve two-inch balls—perfect for family dinners or potlucks.

Ingredients

  

  • 1 ½ pounds lean ground beef
  • ½ pound ground pork sausage
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 rounded teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon allspice
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh summer savory
  • ½ cup tomato juice

Instructions

 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until evenly combined.
  3. Form into 2-inch balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 1 hour 20 minutes, until cooked through.
