Ingredients

lean ground beef

pound
ground pork sausage

cup
bread crumbs

medium onion, chopped

clove
garlic, pressed
1 ½
teaspoons
salt

teaspoon
pepper

rounded teaspoon
paprika
¼
teaspoon
allspice
¼
teaspoon
fresh summer savory
½
cup
tomato juice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until evenly combined.
Form into 2-inch balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 1 hour 20 minutes, until cooked through.
