Herby, briny vinaigrette with cilantro, dill, olives, and a splash of lime.

Ingredients

  

  • 1 tablespoon chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ½ cup lightly packed cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill weed
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ¾ cup black olives, pitted and chopped
  • teaspoon crushed red pepper

Instructions

 

  1. Whisk all ingredients together until well blended. Store in the refrigerator. Yields 1½ cups dressing.
