Ingredients

  

  • 2 cups sugar
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh rose geranium leaves
  • 5 cups mineral water

Instructions

 

  1. Mix sugar, rose geranium leaves, and mineral water in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for five minutes.
  3. Cool to room temperature and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Strain and discard the rose geranium leaves.
