A simple herbal vinegar infused with tarragon, perfect for salads or sauces.

Ingredients

  

  • fresh tarragon sprigs
  • white wine vinegar

Instructions

 

  1. Wash herbs and pat dry.
  2. Place in a sterilized jar and cover with vinegar.
  3. Seal and store in a dark place for two weeks, shaking occasionally.
  4. Strain and decant into smaller bottles with fresh tarragon sprigs if desired.

Notes

Excellent in vinaigrettes or to brighten savory sauces.
