Tarragon Vinegar
A simple herbal vinegar infused with tarragon, perfect for salads or sauces.

Ingredients
fresh tarragon sprigs
white wine vinegar
Instructions
Wash herbs and pat dry.
Place in a sterilized jar and cover with vinegar.
Seal and store in a dark place for two weeks, shaking occasionally.
Strain and decant into smaller bottles with fresh tarragon sprigs if desired.
Notes
Excellent in vinaigrettes or to brighten savory sauces.
