Tarragon Vinegar
A simple herbal vinegar infused with tarragon, perfect for salads or sauces.
Ingredients
- fresh tarragon sprigs
- white wine vinegar
Instructions
- Wash herbs and pat dry.
- Place in a sterilized jar and cover with vinegar.
- Seal and store in a dark place for two weeks, shaking occasionally.
- Strain and decant into smaller bottles with fresh tarragon sprigs if desired.
Notes
Excellent in vinaigrettes or to brighten savory sauces.
