
Herb-Roasted Garlic
Roasted garlic spread infused with honey, basil, and rosemary — perfect for spreading on whole grain crackers or pita triangles.
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Slice the garlic heads in half horizontally. Drizzle 1 teaspoon olive oil on the exposed cloves and then drizzle with 1/2 teaspoon honey. Sprinkle with herbs.

Wrap garlic in aluminum foil and bake for about 45 minutes, or until soft.

Spread on whole grain crackers or pita triangles and serve warm.
