Crisp apple and cabbage slaw with a tangy horseradish dressing.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups unpeeled red or green apples, cored and coarsely chopped
  • 4 ½ cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions
 

  1. Toss all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
