Ingredients

  

  • 3 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
  • ½ cup chopped green pepper
  • ½ cup chopped sweet onion
  • ¼ cup minced fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

 

  1. Combine tomatoes, green pepper, sweet onion, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Stir gently to mix. Serve with tortilla chips.
