
Cilantro Salad Dressing
Herby, briny vinaigrette with cilantro, dill, olives, and a splash of lime.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- ½ cup lightly packed cilantro leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill weed
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ¾ cup black olives, pitted and chopped
- ⅛ teaspoon crushed red pepper
Instructions

Whisk all ingredients together until well blended. Store in the refrigerator. Yields 1½ cups dressing.
