Tarragon Mustard
Homemade mustard infused with tarragon, garlic, and mustard seeds for an aromatic, zesty condiment.

Ingredients

whole yellow mustard seeds
(finely ground)

cup
mustard powder
¼
cup
champagne vinegar or white wine vinegar

cup
water

tablespoon
light brown sugar
1 ½
tablespoons
dried tarragon or 3 tablespoons minced fresh tarragon

clove
garlic
(minced)

teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Combine mustard seeds, mustard powder, vinegar, and water in a bowl.
Add sugar, tarragon, garlic, and salt. Stir until blended.
Transfer to a clean jar. Cover and refrigerate for two weeks before using.
Notes
Allow to age for two weeks to develop full flavor. Store refrigerated for several months.
