Cucumber Dill Salsa
A light and refreshing salsa combining cucumbers, tomatoes, chives, and dill — perfect as a dip or a topping for grilled dishes.

Ingredients

cucumbers
(peeled, seeded, and chopped)

plum tomatoes
(chopped)
¼
cup
chopped chives or green onions

tablespoons
chopped garlic chives
2
tablespoons
chopped fresh dill
1
tablespoon
lemon or lime juice
to taste
pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Chill before serving.
Makes a good dressing for hummus on a pita or a topping for grilled chicken or fish.
