Basil and Oregano Pesto
A classic pesto blending basil and oregano with garlic, Parmesan, and walnuts.

Ingredients

cups
fresh basil leaves
3
tablespoons
fresh oregano leaves
2
cloves
garlic
¼
cup
freshly grated Parmesan cheese
¼
cup
walnuts
½
cup
olive oil
salt and pepper
(to taste)
Instructions
Combine basil, oregano, garlic, cheese and walnuts in a food processor.
With machine running, slowly add olive oil through feed tube.
Season to taste. Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze.
