Thai Basil Rolls with Hoisin Peanut Sauce
Fresh and fragrant Thai basil rolls filled with crisp vegetables and herbs, served with a creamy hoisin-peanut dipping sauce.

rice paper wrappers

shredded lettuce or cabbage
1
cup
shredded carrots
½
cup
fresh Thai basil leaves
½
cup
fresh cilantro leaves
½
cup
bean sprouts
Hoisin Peanut Sauce
(for serving)
Instructions
Soften rice paper wrappers one at a time in warm water for 10–15 seconds until pliable.
Lay on a damp towel and fill each with lettuce, carrots, basil, cilantro, and bean sprouts.
Fold in the sides and roll tightly like a burrito.
Serve with Hoisin Peanut Sauce for dipping.
Notes
These rolls can be prepared up to two hours ahead and kept covered with a damp towel until serving.
