Tension Taming Herbal Tea

Ingredients

finely chopped or minced fresh ginger root
½
teaspoon
finely chopped or minced fresh dandelion root

teaspoon
honey

cup
boiling water
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in 1 cup of boiling water. Let sit for 10–15 minutes, then strain.
