Sweet Harvest Tea
Refreshing herbal tea infused with lemon balm, peppermint, lavender, and orange peel — naturally sweet and perfect for warm days.

Ingredients

fresh lemon balm leaves
(loosely packed)
¼
cup
fresh peppermint leaves
(loosely packed)

teaspoon
fresh or dried lavender blossoms

slice orange peel
(orange part only)

water
Instructions
Place herbs and orange peel in a large teapot.
In a small saucepan, heat water to almost boiling and pour over herbs in teapot. Cover and let steep for 10 minutes.
Pour through a strainer to serve.
Notes
The mint provides natural sweetness, eliminating the need for added sugar.
