whipped cream or milk froth

Instructions
In a small saucepan, heat milk over medium heat until steaming but not boiling.
Whisk in chocolate, cocoa powder, cinnamon, cayenne, paprika, and sugar until smooth and melted.
Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream or milk froth.
Sprinkle lightly with additional cinnamon or cayenne, if desired.
Notes
For extra richness, substitute part of the milk with half-and-half or use dark Mexican chocolate discs.
