Spice Liqueur
A warmly spiced homemade liqueur infused with cardamom, aniseed, cinnamon, and clove—ideal for sipping or gifting.
Ingredients
- vodka
- cardamom pods (crushed)
- aniseed
- cinnamon stick
- whole cloves
- orange peel (fresh)
- sugar (to taste)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a glass jar. Seal and store in a cool dark place for several weeks, shaking occasionally.
- Strain and decant into bottles. Allow to mellow before serving.
