Scalloped Potatoes
Classic scalloped potatoes layered with Parmesan and fresh herbs in a creamy white sauce.

Ingredients

flour

grated Parmesan cheese

milk

fresh chives
(chopped)

fresh dill weed
(chopped)

potatoes
(peeled and thinly sliced)

onion
(thinly sliced)

cup
fresh parsley
(chopped)
salt
(to taste)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Butter a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Melt butter over medium heat; stir in flour. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened. Stir in Parmesan.
Layer potatoes, onions, and herbs in the prepared dish. Pour white sauce over; salt to taste.
Bake 1 hour, until potatoes are tender and beginning to brown.
