Poppy Seed Dressing
This sweet, mustardy salad dressing is from JBF member Marcia M. Kelly's book Heavenly Feasts.

Ingredients

olive oil
⅔
cup
honey

cup
balsamic vinegar

tablespoons
poppy seeds

tablespoons
minced onion or shallot

tablespoons
Dijon mustard

teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process on low speed 30 seconds.
Cover and chill. Stir before serving.
Notes
Yields 3 cups.
