Parsley Mouth Rinse
A simple parsley infusion with rosewater to freshen breath and gently tone gums; store chilled if using frequently.

Ingredients
2
tablespoons
fresh parsley leaves
(or 1 tablespoon dried)
1
cup
boiling water
2
tablespoons
rosewater
Instructions
Place parsley in a glass or ceramic dish and pour boiling water over it. Let steep for several hours.
Strain and discard the leaves. Stir in rosewater and pour into a clean container.
To use: Rinse your mouth after brushing teeth and gums, swishing and gargling as desired.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator to extend shelf life if using over several days.
